Shop Policies

Free shipping on all Canadian orders placed before 11:59pm EST on December 1, 2021. Canadian destinations only. No coupon code required. Free shipping option will be offered at checkout.

All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited or XpressPost with a tracking number and insurance for the full value of your item(s). You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and an email containing tracking information when your item(s) have shipped.

Please allow 3-4 business days after you place your order for your items to be polished, packaged and picked up by Canada Post.

An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided in the shipping options at checkout. However, for more accurate delivery dates, package progress, delays and any other information about your package, please visit the Canada Post website, enter your tracking number and/or sign up directly with them for email notifications.

Unfortunately, shipping to the US or international addresses is not offered at this time.

All jewellery comes packaged in a velvet-lined box with a satin ribbon and a hand-written note, thanking you for your purchase.

If you are sending a gift to someone special, and you would like to include a personal message on the note instead of a thank you message, please contact me at info@natalieborghese.com.

Packing slips are not included with shipments.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. To request a return, please contact me at info@natalieborghese.com and provide your receipt/proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition, that is, unused, unaltered, undamaged and returned in the original gift box and packaging.  

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the item(s) safe return. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured, with signature confirmation.

All returns are subject to approval.


Refunds

Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be inspected and a refund will be initiated, usually within 3 business days of receiving the item. The refund will be for the price of the item only. The cost of the original shipping and the cost of the return shipping will not be refunded.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will only be issued upon receipt and approval of the item(s) and not before. 

Refunds will not be issued for returned item(s) that are lost in transit by the delivery service or carrier.

Exchanges
Please return your original purchase for a refund.  Once it is accepted, you can proceed with the purchase of another item.


Custom orders and personalizations are not offered at this time.

All of my flameworked glass jewellery is handmade in limited quantities, and new collections are released a few times a year. If you are interested in being the first to hear about upcoming collections, please sign up to receive my newsletter and / or follow me on Instagram.


If you opt-in to receive my newsletter, your email address will only be used to send you information about new collections, scheduled shop updates or special promotions. I will not share, distribute or sell your email address to other vendors or websites.

All of my flameworked glass pendants and earrings are annealed in a kiln for strength and durability, and are meant to last a lifetime. However, they are still fragile and should be handled with care.

Consider storing your flameworked jewellery in its original velvet-lined box or in a soft pouch to keep it from getting scratched or chipped.

Use a soft polishing cloth to clean and restore a brilliant shine to the flameworked glass and 14/20 gold fill chains, and to gently buff away tarnish from the sterling silver chains and components.
